The 26-year-old actress Jessica Alba, who announced earlier this month that she's expecting, is now engaged to her boyfriend and the baby's father, producer Cash Warren.
"I can confirm that they are engaged," Alba's publicist, Brad Cafarelli, said in an e-mail to The Associated Press on Thursday.
The couple is expecting their first child in late spring or early summer.
Alba stars during the thriller "Awake," and newly appeared in "Good Luck Chuck" and "The Ten." The sex symbol first gained fame as an action star on TV's "Dark Angel," then in films including "Fantastic Four" and "Sin City."

My homie Sam over That Grape Juice has just discovered that Letoya Luckett's album will no longer be released in February as planned but on 10th June 2008. Proof has been provided as well:
Well, isn't this a bitch? And just when I was looking forwards to a new Letoya album in the first quarter. Her buzz single will be long forgotten about. But if she's using the extra time to ensue that this album is quality, I can't complain. As long as it doesn't turn into a Mya/Amerie/Nicole Scherzinger situation, I welcome the extra wait wholeheartedly.
