Okay so they photoshopped the hell out of her waist [what's new?], but chick brought her fabulosity game to the cover of her debut album! The white and black is stunning and the new short do works great on her.Very classic, she can look back on this in the years to come and it still look elegant and timeless.I am so looking forward to the album!

Hip-hop couple Nas and Kelis have scrapped plans for a new reality TV show – because, well… they’re too boring.After filming two episodes they hated what they saw! Nas says, “It was boring. We were too guarded. We weren’t ready”.And now the couple insists their days of dabbling with reality TV are over. Nas adds, “I’m comfortable keeping all the reality in my music.”I guess they froze on camera, but when the cameras aren’t rolling and the liquor is flowing they are quite the festive pair. Oprah Winfrey and girlfriend Gayle King are currently in Italy where they are vacationing.Oprah just got off of a much publicized 21 day detox, looks like it didn’t work well becasue Oprah has been packing on the pounds since getting off of it. It’s not the best publicity for the creator who claimed it would completely curb sugar craving and keep weight off.

I have been using Wii Fit to strengthen my body and improve my posture. Apparently my center of balance is way off, Wii Fitness likes to point this out every time I step on the balance board. This is such a fun tool for you to improve your fitness level. My husband looked all over southern California for one of these and finally he found one- they are in high demand! Everyone wants to get fit.Summer is not the time of year when I am into working out strenuously, in fact- the less the better when temps are climbing higher every day. I can use Wii Fit right below a fan and stay cool. Even so, I definitely get my heart rate up. And I never realized how out of balance, out of shape I am! And Im not what you would ever call strong. A few days a week…
