And had it not been for a “little” reunion 10 months ago, I would not have been there.Last summer at about this time of year,I got an email. “Hi, this is Deb C, remember me? I married a guy from RIT, we had a kid, and he is going to be a freshman there in the fall.” A few more emails back and forth and then I decided to call. The conversation was wonderful-easy, fun, pleasant. I graduated college in May…

TOTAL craziness. Probably more people were in Bryant Park today for the Jonas Brothers than ever before, except for maybe Miley Cyrus. Fans were waiting in line for over 72 hours and it poured last night. The screams were deafening…were we watching The Beatles???Nope-just the Jonas Brothers-Nick, Joe and Kevin as they thrilled everyone for an extra long set.

You should know that I love Chanel. I love the sleek black packaging with the rich gold trim. I love the little intertwined CC’s. Not only do I love Chanel for the aesthetic but because the products never let me down. I had a chance to test out the Ombre Essentielle Soft Touch eye shadow and it’s silky and velvety like the softest blanket. The colors last for hours and blend nicely. These are my special occasion eye colors, I bring them out when I have an event or party to go to. Look here and tell me that you wouldn’t love having a few of these in your makeup drawer. My favorite is Khaki because the color is so versatile. Not pictured but tested is the Inimitable Water Proof mascara.
