mediafetcher: St. Tropez, France (MediaFetcher November 1, 2008) - The French Maritime Gendarmerie, a division of the French Navy responded to distress calls from 10 persons aboard a 120' luxury yacht cruising off of the coast of St. Tropez. Actress Jessica Biel was reportedly vacationing aboard the privately chartered vessel.
Search and rescue teams have been dispatched to the location of vessel with the aide of GPS emergency tracking devices and confirmed that it is completely submerged. Due to severe weather conditions and rough seas, rescue teams were forced to retreat.
There have been no confirmed details regarding survivors, and teams are on-standby to resume searches as weather permits. It is believed that a fire erupted on board as a result of turbulent waters and high winds.

Jessica Biel has admitted that she hates the thought of having anything done to her face.
The actress, who's dating Justin Timberlake, 27, says she'd be too scared to have cosmetic surgery.
‘I'm really afraid of blades on my face,’ she says.
‘That freaks me out beyond belief. I would way rather have wrinkles than have some slice-up going on.’
But the 26-year-old is already worried about losing her looks.
‘I'm definitely fearful in a very vain manner about my body ageing,’ she tells Marie Claire.
‘It's weird to look at a picture of your grandmother when she was a young woman and look at her now.’
