
Blood Orange Martini

Ingredients
Makes 2
- 1/2 cup citrus-flavored vodka
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed blood orange juice (about 1 orange)
- 2 tablespoons Simple Syrup
- Dried blood orange segments, for garnish
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, juice, and simple syrup with ice; shake well. Strain into 2 martini glasses, and garnish with orange segments.

Blue Ape Martini
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Creme de banane
1 oz. White creme de cacao
½ tsp. Blue curacao
Combine ingredients in mixing glass. add ice, stir to chill and strain into your martini glass.

Apricot-Mango Martini
2 pieces fresh mangos
2 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz apricot brandy
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Muddle the fresh mango in the bottom of a mixing glass and add all other ingredients. Shake well with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel, and serve.

Watermelon Kiwi Martini
- 2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
- 2 peeled and cut up kiwifruit
- 4 (or so) shots of absolute vodka (chilled well from the freezer)
- 8 frozen watermelon cubes
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Mix all ingredients in a blender except the frozen watermelon cubes and mint. Strain (if desired) into large martini glasses and garnish with toothpicked watermelon cubes and mint leaf.
Notes: This is also deliteful without vodka for those who would like a refreshing summer drink.
