Adriana Lima is engaged
Supermodel Adriana Lima is engaged to basketball star Marko Jaric, according to his rep. “He asked and she said yes. They are both incredibly happy and couldn’t be more in love,” says Jaric’s publicist James Weir.
Jaric proposed yesterday, Lima’s 27th birthday. She has been dating 29-year-old Jaric, who plays for the Minnesota Timberwolves, for the last nine months. He says he fell hard for the Victoria’s Secret model. Duh.
“I was not the person to fall in love easily. I am a difficult person from that standpoint,” he told People. “Now, it’s a little different situation.” Yeah. Like when you meet a Victoria’s Secret model that is into you. TOTAL different situation….
